

Delivery
If your order is greater than $200, we will meet you within 30 minutes of the Kelso/Longview area. If you need delivery, we may be able to offer this service for addresses within 1 hour of Kelso/Longview for an additional fee. Please reach out to us if you are in need of this service.
If your order qualifies, please contact us to schedule your delivery.

Shipping Policy
Due to the current state of shipping challenges and the increasing number of tragedies we are seeing our colleagues in the chicken hatchery industry and their customers suffering, we will not be offering any shipping of day old chicks or started pullets or roosters until further notice.
No hatchery has any control over your package once we leave it with the USPS. We always hope for the fastest, safest care of your package. With the increased number of stories we are seeing from customers about their chicks not surviving the shipping process, we will not risk the health and well-being of ours. When we feel that shipping is safe once again (as safe as it can be), we will offer shipping at that time.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges. Due to biosecurity measures, we are unable to take back any chicks or hatching eggs.
We do not offer refunds. The only exception is in the case of broken eggs upon receipt. If this happens, reach out to us with pictures within 24 hours and we will make it right.
